I would love to get more stories from a Dad's perspective (like the story about your 4 year-old being bullied). Things that make other parents know they are not alone in their experiences and how you deal with them. Also, any advice you have on communication between the sexes would be helpful. For example, what are your thoughts on disciplining your children, and are they different from your wife, how do you handle it, etc.

I am twittering this as well - http://twitter.com/lisanne411

Good Luck!

It's all about frugality and getting back to basics, living like our grandparents did. Any topics that deal with frugal living as well as coupling it with parenting will be a big hit. Also, teaching kids to get away from conspicuous consumerism, even though they are so influenced by what they see in the media and at their schools. I also love contests on blogs (obviously), giveaways, etc. FRUGALITY is the hot topic everywhere, and personally I can't get enough of reading about it.

I would love to hear frugal advice from a man's perspective. I follow all the frugal sites and work hard to make our one income stretch beyond belief. I have a hard time getting my husband to participate as well. How can I take some of the burden off my shoulders? For example I need to get life insurance. How can I get him to research different plans/pricing w/o endless nagging?

Wow, these are some great suggestions to get the creative juice going!

Diane - this is a huge topic and I've be glad to focus some attention on this. My wife worked with autistic kids for some time and spent a lot of time with one kid in particular. It was a mix between extremely funny and special interactions and extremely challenging at the same time. I'll delve into these spectrum disorders from multiple angles.

Kate, Phil, Denise - We made the switch from dual income to single income once the kids came and boy, things sure did change around the house. Given my personal finance blogging and experience here on the home front, I'll be sure to focus quite a bit on these topics.

Sarah - Thanks for the advice and yes, I see horrendous parenting out there occasionally. And sometimes I'm not the best parent and need to have the humility and perspective to recognize when that's the case and how to turn a situation around.

It would be great to hear advise on how to raise good kids, when the world seems to be teaching them to be spoiled brats! How do you raise a child in the 21st century? I look at parenting blogs, like if you find one blog you like, see who they mention or who follows them, then you can usually find some really good information, from LOTS of different sources.
Thanks!

I'm a working mom, but trying desperately to be a stay-at-home mom. I'd love to see any tips/advice for making that transition work.

I would love for you to investigate and report about things important and informative to special needs parents. Those with autism and autistic spectrum disorders to be more specific. I am always looking for new information and it's amazingly hard to find. Awesome blog and giveaway!
